1. About Us

MX-UNLIMITED is operated by GOMX 365 Ltd. We supply motocross, enduro and off-road motorcycle products, including tyres, parts, rider equipment and accessories.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and colours, packaging or minor product details may vary from those shown.

Please check that any product is suitable for your motorcycle, application or intended use before fitting or using it.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received before your order is dispatched. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Acceptance of your order is subject to product availability and successful payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing error or payment cannot be authorised.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Consumers may have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within the applicable statutory cancellation period.

Returned products should be unused and in their original condition unless the item is faulty.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Product Use & Installation

Motorcycle parts and accessories should be fitted and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

Where specialist knowledge or equipment is required, we recommend that products are fitted by a suitably qualified person.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

9. Website Information

We may update products, prices, availability and other website content without notice.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or completely free from errors or interruptions.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
